Returns:
You can return items without giving any reason within 100 days. Exceptions are orders via Ebay (60 days) and Amazon (30 days). Please note that we can only accept unused goods in perfect condition. Also, be careful not to remove attached labels or soil the item. Please return the item in its original packaging within 5 days of registering the return.
And this is how it works:
2. attach the printed
return label to the package (if the original shipping label is still on the package, please stick it over the old one)
3. drop off the pacage at an appropriate store to be shipped to us.
You can also return items from multiple orders together in one package!
The created return label remains in your account for 30 days and can be printed out again.
As soon as we have received and processed the return, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Please note that personalised items are excluded from exchange according to our terms and conditions!
Notes on returns:
- You can cancel your orders within the statutory period of 14 days
- You can return items purchased directly from our shop within 100 days. For orders via Ebay and Amazon, the right of return is 60 and 30 days respectively
- The items must be returned in their original, unused condition
- Customised items cannot be returned and are excluded from exchange
- In the event of a complaint, please contact our customer service team beforehand
- For returns without exchange, we charge return shipping costs, which will be offset against the refund
