Returns:
You can return items without giving any reason within 100 days. Exceptions are orders via Ebay (60 days) and Amazon (30 days). Please note that we can only accept unused goods in perfect condition. Also, be careful not to remove attached labels or soil the item. Please return the item in its original packaging within 5 days of registering the return.
And this is how it works:
1. register your return via our returns portal. You can find more information here.
2. attach the printed return label to the package (if the original shipping label is still on the package, please stick it over the old one)
3. drop off the pacage at an appropriate store to be shipped to us.
You can also return items from multiple orders together in one package!
The created return label remains in your account for 30 days and can be printed out again.
As soon as we have received and processed the return, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Please note that personalised items are excluded from exchange according to our terms and conditions!
