If an item does not fit you, we will exchange it for another size free of charge.
Please note that an exchange is only possible in another size! Customized items are excluded from exchange.
In our
returns portal you can register your return in advance and specify in which size you want to exchange. The item(s) will then automatically remain reserved for you for 14 days.
Afterwards, you can also print out a
return label via the portal. This remains available for you for 30 days from the order. You simply stick it on the package (if you use our package, please stick it over or remove the original label) and drop it off at the nearest post office or DHL parcel carrier. Please send us the package within 5 days after registration of your exchange in your account.
As soon as we have received and processed the return, we will automatically send you the reserved item(s). Of course, the item price remains the same. Please note that orders from Amazon and eBay have a return period. In case of Amazon it is 30 days and in case of eBay 60 days.
If you do not see any exchange items, they are currently not available. If you are unable to select an item for return, it may be excluded from exchange, such as personalised items.
