What are the return policies:
- You can cancel your orders within the legal period of 14 days.
- You can return items purchased directly from our store within 100 days. You have a right of return of 60 days for orders via eBay and 30 days for orders via Amazon.
- The items must be returned in their original unused condition.
- Customized items cannot be returned and are excluded from exchange.
- In case of a complaint, we ask you to contact our customer service first
- For returns without exchange, we charge return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund:
(Return shipping costs from Germany, Austria and Switzerland are 4.95€ each. For returns from other countries we charge 9€)
