Complaint

If you need to claim damages of an item, we will of course be happy to assist.
To do this, we simply need a few pictures of the damage and the item itself. Please send them to us by email to "kundenservice@maciag-offroad.de". Based on the pictures we will get a first impression and can give you feedback as soon as possible. If you agree to return the item, you can send it back to us.
To register the complaint, you can use our returns portal.
After you have entered your processing number and the postal code, you can select the corresponding item and mark it for return. You can then print out a return label directly.

As soon as we have received the item, we will check it again in detail for its condition. If the inspection shows a clear material or manufacturing defect, we will send you a new item or refund the amount, however you wish.  If we have any further questions, we will of course inform you.
