You can easily register a return to us via our returns portal and already reserve the corresponding item in case of an exchange.
And this is how easy it is:
1. enter the processing number and your postal code
2. choose the corresponding article(s)
3. choose the reason of return
4. indicate if you want to have the purchase price refunded or an exchange (please note that an exchange is only possible for another size!)
5. you can tell us your bank details in advance if you pay in advance. This is optional!
6. print out your return label. (You can now check your order and print the label again within 30 days in your account)
Please send us the item(s) within 5 working days after registration of the return. Should you have reserved an exchange item, it will remain reserved for you for 14 days.
