You can return items without giving any reason within 100 days, even items that you bought in the sale. Please note that we only accept unused items. Also, please make sure not to remove any attached labels and not to soil the item. Please return it in the original packaging in which you received it from us.
If you want to exchange something, the return and redelivery is free of charge for you. An exchange is only possible for another size of the item. For all other cases we ask you to simply place a new order.
For all other returns, customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland will be charged shipping costs of 4.95 €, which will be deducted from the refund. You can find the return shipping costs for other countries here. Money that has already been paid will be refunded immediately upon arrival & inspection of the returned goods, usually within 2-3 business days.
