Returns from Germany, Austria and Switzerland
After you have registered your return via our returns portal, you can easily print out the returns label. Simply stick it on the parcel (if you use our parcel, please stick over or remove the original label) and hand it in at the relevant branch.
For returns without exchange, shipping costs of 4.95 EUR will be charged and deducted from the refund. Any money already paid will be refunded immediately upon arrival and inspection of the returned goods, usually within 2-3 working days.
