If you order until 3 p.m. (Mon - Fri) goods will be shipped the same day (except on holidays), if they are in stock.
The delivery times for each article can be viewed on the respective article page. Once you have selected your size, the estimated time of shipment, and, if necessary, the currently available quantity will be displayed above the "Add To Shopping Cart" button. This will also be displayed in your shopping cart.
Based on the information concerning the availability of the products you will be shown an estimated date of delivery in the summary of your order.
The date of delivery will, if necessary (e.g. should we not receive payment or the delivery from our suppliers is delayed), be updated on a daily basis and can be viewed in the details of your order at "My Account" any time. Should the indicated date of delivery be delayed for more than one day, we will inform you.
If an article is not available, we will inform you immediately and recommend you a similar product if possible. If no similar product is available or you do not want an alternative product, you will be reimbursed for any payments already made.
