How can I place an order?

Once you have found a product in the right size, simply by clicking the button "Add To Shopping Cart" you can add and save the articles you like. You can always view the content of your shopping cart by clicking the button "Shopping Cart" on the top right of the website. Here you also have the option to change the quantity of items or to remove them. Any vouchers that you have received can also be redeemed here in the ''Redeem voucher'' field. Once you click the "Proceed To Checkout" button will take you directly to the next step to complete your order.


You do not need to have a customer account to place an order with us. You can order "as a guest". If you already have an account with us, you can easily complete the order with the data you have already entered and benefit from our loyalty points.

 

If you want to order quickly

Alternatively you can start the order in the shopping cart via PayPal or Amazon Pay. Both payment methods save you the trouble of entering your delivery address, as these are transmitted by the respective providers for order processing. So you can order with just a few clicks.

 

Delivery to a pick-up station

Delivery to a pick-up station is possible without any problems. You will find the possibility to enter your data to the pick-up station in the order process when you enter the delivery address.
Delivery to a pick-up station is not possible with the payment methods invoice, direct debit and 0% financing.

 

What happens next?

Shortly after you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can always check the status of your order in your customer account under "My orders".

We will notify you by email as soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse. You will also receive a tracking link in this email - so you can track the status of your shipment at any time.
